We work with government, funders, academics and third sector organisations across the full spectrum of migration – not only asylum and forced migration. Partners come to us for three things:

  • Evidence. Our research programme includes the annual Attitudes to Immigration in Scotland survey, the only regular representative survey of Scottish public opinion on these issues.
  • Policy design. Our policy laboratories turn evidence into tools and approaches that services adopt.
  • Lived experience participation. Our Lived Experience Panel and peer research methods bring migrants’ expertise into research and policy in a structured, credible way.

To discuss a funded project, or to fund our work, email our Director, Sarah Kyambi: sarah@migrationpolicyscotland.org.uk.

Core and project funds are vital to our mission of promoting the insight and dialogue that builds constructive approaches to migration. You can also support us by sponsoring an event or making an individual donation – email us to talk it through.
